Hi, from my own experience, I can tell you that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I've made it out. Thing is, sometimes that tunnel crawls and creeps up on you and overtakes you before you know it.

The answers are there. It's getting up the courage, once again, to use those answers that's the killer sometimes. It's not always as easy as it might sound.
