I feel like ***** today and feel guilty for not being about to get myself to go to meditation. But,
1. The falling snow looks pretty
2. Listening to music on Spotify is calming. Bluegrass / folk is pretty cool.
3. I don't have to pay rent (though that might be half my problem..)
4. Tea
5. I'm taking a free class online and enjoy it.
6. I was productive today.
