I've been put on Concerta 18 mg (equivalent in chemical ingredient to Ritalin LA, just 18 mg)
Today:
I noticed that I could sit down, work and not get up every few minutes, but my mind was still somewhat distracted. My forgetfulness was also slightly better. When people speak to me it sometimes seemed like they are just speeding away and I can't keep up with them.
Oh, and the hyperactivity is still kind of there. It isn't in abundance, like running around. The hyperactivity presents itself in being antsy and constantly moving something. (fingers, arm, legs)

Anybody know if this is because the dose is too low? I can tell that there was some difference. Most definitely.
