My question is: Which book should I read first?

Also, is there a trauma chat group on this site? Thanks so much!
Complex PTSD from Surviving To Thriving is the only one I've bought and it is very informative. A lot of people have read this book or like me, the parts I want to know about right now Click on calendar and I think it has the chat schedules on it.
