Hi. I do understand, I'm the same way. For me it takes me breaking down and releasing some of the pent up feelings. I've gone days with literally nothing and once I release some of the energy produced by anxiety, I eat. I know it sounds terrible but maybe try thinking about what's making you anxious and then letting it out a little. Anxiety can make people physically sick. So not eating because you feel like you'll be sick is normal. Forcing yourself sometimes works but if you get really bad you'll just get sick. Try expressing what you feel and why you have anxiety.
