It might be. From what I've heard, a too low dose wouldn't have enough effect (covering most of the symptoms) while a too high dose would create the zombie feeling (too hyperfocused). I'm also on Concerta (54mg) and it takes care of the majority of my difficulties with impulsivity and attention.

It's not perfectly controlled but it's better and that's the aim I think. Adjusting dosage can be a long process, but as long as you communicate with your doctor you will eventually get to the right one
