We clean every checkout and stayover we are assigned to. Your question is a bit vague so I'm not sure if I answered that correctly.
Yes, guests have stolen lots of things. The strangest thing they've stolen were duvets (comforter), pillows, and bibles, but guests have also stolen hangers, all the soaps and amenities, coffee bar, and quite often I've had guests rummage through my cart while I was cleaning. >
