Goals are things we find difficult to do otherwise it would not be a goal it would just be something we are doing.
The things we find difficult to do vary between every individual, so it is not realistic to set yourself against any standards.
The first step is to abandon the guilt associated with failing, otherwise the fear of failure will hinder our attempts at success greatly.
IMO your first goal would be to accept failure, every time you fail it is an opportunity to observe the psychic forces that sabotaged your attempt.
