chicken quarter, squash, bok choy with onions, beets.=10 carbs
On to my 4th glass of wine....only 16 carbs.
I am allowed 60 carbs for the day.
this is the drinking mans diet.
I just ate 6 carbs of almonds 1 carb of cheese,=23 carbs before dinner.
so am good for todays carbs.
ground turkey for dinner with mixed veggies and coconut thai simmering sauce =12 carbs.
35 carbs for dinner,
total 45 carbs for the day.
one more glass of wine, extra cheese, call it 50 grams for the day.
