Rainbowzz aren't those moments overwhelming? I love reading my old posts....it reminds me of why I stay sober. Its a great tool.....I remember all that old pain I was in, and I only shared a quarter of it here.

Its important to remember where we came from, to remind us of why we're sober. Its wonderful to pull gratitude from it, rather than dwell on it in morbid reflection. Sometimes I find myself getting sad over the old days, and I have to instantly remind myself to be grateful that those days are over!!!!
