Reacting to positive, and negitive emotions without aggression, or resorting to passivity. This is one of my problems, i am not Assertive. #2 Thought Redirection- Being able to redirect negative thoughts to positive thoughts. This also i am unable to do, but i hope to learn. #3 Mindfulness= bringing one's attention to the internal, and external experiences occurring in the present moment, witch can develope with meditation and other training, This i also need to learn.

Sounds like some DBT training. Where is she going with this? It's always good to know the terminology when you go into these programs. One thing is that it will make you feel more confident in discussing the topic, by knowing what the terms involved mean. Did she mention DBT training? You may want to Google that and see where these terms apply to this training to maybe give you a broader understanding. Good job!
