Most of the time, I can interpret my dreams. This one, I can't. Maybe some of you can give me some clues. It ties in with my post in Depression, "Overwhelmed", of that, I'm sure.

Here it goes... as I can remember it.

My daughter (whom I haven't spoken to in years) and I took a vacation somewhere. We had lodging at her in-laws place. We drove around and saw the sights and I wound up losing my cell phone. I panicked but it was nowhere to be found.

Somehow, we wound up back at her in-laws place but my suitcases were missing and the room we were staying in was a terrible mess.

Then I found myself at a bus depot and somehow managed to get on a bus back home. My daughter was in and out of the dream, pretty distanced from me both physically and emotionally until she was finally out of the dream.

On the bus, I made a male friend. Through talking, it was arranged that he would be the caretaker of the land that I owned. (In reality, I lived on a ranch for 8 yrs.)

Then a friend of mine wound up on the same bus. (In reality, knew this guy for a while. He bought my heard of goats when we sold the ranch.) We were very friendly on the bus and he even hugged and kissed me. I tried to talk him into coming to work for me but he wouldn't agree.

His stop was coming up pretty quick and I tried to convince him to please come take care of the land. I put my arms around him and tried to kiss him, but he was no longer receptive. He walked to the middle of the bus, nudged a woman holding a baby and said "We're getting off NOW!" I could see them walking away with a second child.

My feeling was that I had a back-up anyway, but when I tried to cement the agreement with the other guy, he said "no."

I wound up on a nearly empty bus with three older women, I think, two of which had children. One wasn't watching the kids and a toddler wound up at the feet of the bus driver. It nearly caused him to have a wreck. The woman was given a stern warning.

Another woman was sitting beside me and I saw a child with it's head on her shoulder. I reached over and touched it and suddenly realized there wasn't a child. I had touched the woman and was extremely apologetic. She never said a word but the impression she gave was of a lot of anger towards me.

Oh, yeah... somewhere along the line, someone bought me a jacket to replace the one I had bought and lost, but I lost that one, too.

When I reached my destination, I had nothing with me. I woke up crying because I had lost Everything! I had nothing to my name.

Back to reality... I've lost a lot during my lifetime, but I haven't lost EVERYTHING. Am I about to lose something now? Even awake, I can feel the tears behind my eyes...
