I have officially lost the extra ten pounds I put on in December! I'm 200.6, almost under 200. I'm so happy! Low carb actually works! I'm hoping to mKe it back down to 175 so my clothes will fit again. Only 25 pounds to go! I've been losing an average of two a week so hopefully by summer I'll be back down and won't have to buy new summer clothes.
