Anyone share this with me?

It is active right now and I'm feeling sick, in pain, and discouraged.

Mine is not caused from alcohol as I don't drink.

I had pancreatitis attacks for many years and a year ago I had a huge surgery to remove part of the pancreas and I hoped that would mean no more pancreatitis.

But here it is again. Apparently this means I have a lousy pancreas and can expect this to happen, it's a part of my life.
