This is not a diagnostic quiz or professional assessment, however, so please do not take these quiz results as a recommendation for treatment. However, some people who take this quiz and score in this range may find it beneficial to talk about their symptoms with their doctor or a mental health professional (such as a psychologist). Only a properly-trained physician or professional can diagnosis a sleep concern.
