I have found a successful diet for myself. I juice for breakfast. The recipe is very tastey. I eat a large salad for lunch. For dinner I then eat one sandwich with a couple slices of deli meat, cheese, lettuce, topped off with salad dressing. I lost 15 pounds in a matter of a few weeks. I felt good too. The first few days were difficult.
