My depression is worse during the morning and this is when the irritability is already beginning to build. At about noon is when the restlessness and anxiety is thrust upon me; often contributed to by the state of the weather. In the evening I am more rueful of the day. Night is when I reflect upon my ills to the point it may be disturbing. I will go to bed awfully early (8pm) just to rid myself of the negativity.
