Well. I am sorry that happened. That is not okay. They were wrong to do that. Nobody is allowed to take something that belongs to someone else. I am really sorry they did that, and angry at them too.
Have you got someone in there that can get or make another for you? If it helps make you feel safe it is important. Maybe someone inside will help out and get you one. That would be a nice thing to do.
We have some that have special comfort things too. One of us is three and she likes to cuddle 'Hedgy'. She doesn't like it when she doesn't have him.
