I also have sleeping disorder maybe its not actually a disorder but a habit. I am used in staying late and often sleep at 4:00 AM in the morning. Waking up at 9 or 10 then go to work. Sometimes when I want to sleep early I find it hard to do so. I found a method that worked on me. Wake up early and don't take a nap for the whole day and then try going to bed.
