does anyone know the best time of day to take your meds?i know it may not be the same for everyone but it says on my bottle to take at 7 am and i dont even get up untill 11 am.also i wake up alot at night and the paxil bottle says it may cause drowsiness and i was wondering if i took it an hour or so before bed time if it would make me sleep any better?anyway let me know what you take and what time of day you take it.thanks any info will help.
