How often do you have anxiety attacks? Lately I've been having two or three a week. It takes 3mgs. of Zanax to kill it. I take it prn. The days I don't have anxiety, about 4-5 days a week I take nothing. I've tried Vistaril but it doesn't work. My anxiety attacks have become more frequent.
