I'm not so sure it was good tired CANDC, I ramped the resistance up on the machines to give me a tougher workout and tbh I think I overdid it - I'm new to the gym and still learning.
This morning I went for a 5k jog, felt a bit lack lustre and was hard on return running into headwind, still feeling yesterdays gym session perhaps.
Well done on getting back into your Tai Chi, and some yoga too, hope your body is recovering.
