Yay! Went to see the doctor and I lost 10 lbs! My blood sugar is great according to her. Between the Metformin and better eating habits I'm doing better.
Breakfast: two small pancakes and a half slice of ham
Lunch: Half a chicken salad sandwich
Dinner: Oven fried fish and mixed veggies
I also had some popcorn but it was really salty.
