My mood has been much better lately.
I have been adding 25 mg daily Cannabinoil capsules for the past 3 months. I think they are working. If you try them, make sure they are not the knock offs, but find the real thing from a reputable dealer.
I also started using Expeller pressed, unrefined Coconut Oil instead of soap, moisturizer, and a little on my hair and scalp. It's wonderful!
I would cook with it, too, but I am taking statins for high cholesterol.
Of course, the person who was causing my bad moods has made some effort to change, and that has helped greatly, too.
But, I think these other things are helping, too.
