I was seriously upset when my T asked me about my self-harm and reported it to my parents, even making me show them to my parents when they picked me up. It's because you're a minor. It's their job to ask because they are legally bound to report any self-harm and suicidal behavior. I don't really get why they ask about sex though. I guess it's another one of those "because you're a minor" thing.
