Seems like a solid plan. I'm on a low dose Seroquel, so I am very familiar with the mid night cravings.
Things I do to stave off extra weight:
1. Power walk 1 hour everyday.
2. Diet during the day (wellbutrin helps with that by curbing hunger) coz I know i'll be eating at night.
3. A glass of water with 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar right before my late evening meal.
4. Egg whites. About 12. 6 with each meal at night. Helps stay fuller longer. Plus it a low Cal option.
