I have been seeing my current T for about 6 years now.
I was worried that I had been seeing her for too long.
When I told her this she told me that she was really proud of how far I had come and that there is no time limit on how long I could see her.
I burst into tears when she told me that, it made me feel that I was doing the right thing.
