I got the book in the mail yesterday and was quite eager to start the journey. I am fighting the urge to work ahead into the days that follow. This book is designed around a task or worksheet a day for 12 weeks.

i've been suffering some increased anxiety of late. It's been a year since I completed CBT and I thought it was time to revisit it.

Warning however, CBT involves a lot of work.
