I was doing so good and bam...depression hit me again today. I'm trying not to beat up on myself to bad but it's a struggle today. Right now I'm at home in bed and I'm just telling myself this is a blip in the road and I'll get back on track tomorrow. That's my plan anyway. Sigh...
