It might be worth it financially if you can get the IUD you want for an affordable price. The only extra cost would be the cost of gas to get there (if you have a car, that is). It would be good to call ahead and explain your situation to a person who works there, to see if they offer IUDs, and the cost. Then you can decide whether it is worth it to you to make the long drive.
