pretty much every time I talk to my Doc or someone like them they ask me the same question about the self harm and it is very irritating that that always ask this but it is what they " Have to ask" . I think that the last time I was asked that ( a few days ago) I said you asking me this is really making me think that I should be doing self harm. of course I was just being sarcastic but the Doc wasn't impressed so I retracted what I said and explained my Frustration.
