Avinza is extended-release morphine sulfate, so I am confused when you say you are taking Avinza 30mg and morphine 15mg.

I took Avinza several years ago, and I found it to provide some relief. Now I am taking MS Contin 30mg twice daily which I feel works better for me. I also take Vicodin 5/500mg as needed.

I also have degenerative facet joint disease as well as degenerative disc disease.
