Oh yes! High functioning because I work a full time govt job so they don't care that I SH at work, periodic sui thoughts, have no social life due to anxiety, struggle at work social events (pdoc took me off benzos)...
They just say I sound upbeat and honestly for the life of me I can't dissolve into tears like how I do with T though I WANT TO so they'll actually bloody believe me. If I cry, it's just a tear or two with an embarrassed smile and then I laugh at their joke and they smile at me and just say to cheer up. Sometimes I'm even the one the doctor vents to about "difficult" patients.
