Breakfast: Oatmeal with strawberries, bananas, and pecans. Didn't need any sugar--yay!
Lunch: leftover Southwest stew. Still spicy, yowsa.
Dinner:
Hearty Turkey Chili. Would've had something else but daughter was home and she's picky. Less picky than years previous, but still picky.
Blood sugar was normal, so that was good. Hopefully all the fiber will lower my cholesterol some.
