Hi,
You may need some self discipline! Have a light meal after your night shift and have a 5/6 hour sleep. Have a short nap, or relax for a few minutes before you start your shift.
Try to avoid going without sleep for 24 hours. Your body never catches up with the lack of sleep and you may feel tired even after a week.
