Had a pretty good day. Went to church for the first time in about a year. Hope to meet up with my neighbor for lunch soon.

Took a long nap. Ended up buying a rotisserie chicken for dinner. That went well.

Had a little bit of anxiety because I slept through taking my afternoon meds. Oh well.
