Breakfast: omelet with tomatoes, ham, mushrooms, and bell pepper
Lunch: Leftover Beef Macaroni Soup with crackers
Dinner: Rotisserie chicken, french onion dip and chips
Only had one cheese stick for a snack.
Blood sugar is doing good.
