high carbs do.
try to encorporate more protein in your diet. like protein powders in smoothies. or body builders shakes with 30 grams of protein. or even atkins shakes. not for weight loss. but to supplement your meals. inbetween.
I am sorry that food is such an issue for you.
I have trouble eating too much. my total cholesterol is 284 but my hdl is 148 so they are not concerned.
