I am back, again.
Things haven't been better. I have just been avoiding them, I went back to university and work part time.

My mental health has remained the same shambles it has always been. I'm now approaching the 12 year line, which is really hard.

So is approaching this re-diagnosis, because I don't think I can cope if they don't do it right again. And I don't have an answer again, and possibly loose another year, or another 12 years.

I suffer from massive mood changes, hypermania or depression. One or the other. No middle ground, it runs for between 2-6 months for each episode.

This time I spent £14k while in an episode of hypermania.

I'm just so sick.
