A brain SPECT image will show whether you have bipolar I or not and help convince you. It was featured recently on several Dr. Phil shows about Asperger's and Tourette's syndrome, etc. CT and MRI's only show "structural" differences and often there aren't any of those but SPECT shows blood flow.
