Are you able to go back on it now? Also, had you been withdrawing slowly over time or just recently came off?

You don't have to be hard on yourself for daring to try something different and now learning that it ultimately didn't work out. And when feeling so awful, remember there is a rational and FIXABLE basis for that; life is not awful, it just can feel that way when newly off of something that had been working.
