Just wanted to create a place where everyone can check in with their healthy eating and exercise goals.
Today I ate healthy. I bought tons of fruit yesterday. Pears, apples, bananas and mangoes.
For my exercise I walked to college today instead of taking the bus. I know that's not much but I'm building up slowly. I am going to the gym later this week with a friend.
I resisted buying a bunch of junk food while here at school. When I get home tonight I'll make dinner. Probably ramen soup, not quite healthy but the goal is to eat in moderation and not binge when I'm not actually hungry.
I also got some teabags to make iced tea and splenda to sweeten it. That's a good drink I like and it's ZERO calories
