my T and I talked about this.... and his thought that there is no need to forgive...

I have mixed feelings about this... meaning as a DID person... there are alters that really have forgiven... they are the alters that have a very strong faith in God..

So for my other alters... I am going with.. I feel hatred... and I am not going to work on resloving it... that there is no reason to work towards forgiveness... as long as the hatred does not consume my life.. or interfer with loving and accepting other people.. I am going to leave things as is...
