Getting tired of losing time. Saw pdoc Friday, talked about some dissociative stuff, mostly si while not aware... main problem is this particular incident of si is a specific symbol that can have certain meanings (good and bad, but I'm assuming bad since it was si in the first place)... near the end of the appt, I started feeling the tell tell "we need to get out of here" pressure in my head. Pdoc and supervisor were asking about any particular meaning this symbol had for me... I really just needed to run at that point. Idk.
