So, I was taking 450 mg of Wellbutrin XL and have been for a little while and bumping along with the irritability and edgy-ness.. and my psychiatrist told me to lower it to 300 mg on Thursday before we tried the SR version. I've been on the 300 mg since Friday and this morning I had to go back up to the 450 mg because I'm just too tired on the lowered dose; I mean I am wiped out and completely unmotivated to do anything. I have sat on the couch in my pajamas for 3 days. Plus, my mood is sliding back into depression.

I'm just going to have to deal with being irritable or replace the Wellbutrin XL with something else. I contacted my psychiatrist this morning to let him know what the situation was but I haven't heard back from him yet. I am so impatient and waiting to hear from him is hard. I hate not having any control in what meds I can get when I need them. I do have an idea of what AD I'd like to try.
