I need to keep some independence and self dignity but I am struggling because of a restricted range of movements. I can't afford and don't have room to install a bidet but I refuse to have to ask for help I'm only in my thirties and have lost so much because of chronic pain etc I need to keep this one small thing

Any advice, suggestions would be greatly appreciated
