I don't think it wise to try and diagnose one's self by tests/articles on the internet. These are best only for say researching information after receiving a proper diagnosis. If you are concerned about your mental health, ask your family doctor for a referral to a psychiatrist who can properly do that for you - and help you figure out an appropriate treatment.

In the meantime while we can offer support and be helpful answering questions on a diagnosis we really out not to be doing that for you.

In the meantime I acknowlege your symptoms as being alarming and difficult to deal with. As for coping, there are some things you can do while you wait to see a psychiatrist. I am a tactile person, so 'touch' is my go to tool for anxiety. I have a worry stone I carry with me. I will also 'feel' the inside of pockets and seams of my jeans. This is a sort of mindfulness - being in the moment within my environment. I have made a large heavy bean bag out of a tube sock and a large bag of lentils. When I am home and need comfort (anxiety or depression) I will place this on my shoulder). I hope this helps.
