Hi,

Whew, that's quite the list. And, guess what? It looks pretty darned familiar to most of us.

I think there is a lot to congratulate yourself for. First and foremost is that you have drawn up this list. Self evaluation can be pretty hard and good for you for being able to do so. I say Wow! for the losing of some weight. For many of us that is a very hard struggle.

Getting out amongst people - have you considered finding a support group. I would specifically try to find a self-moderated one. Therapeutic ones are usually run by a professional and in my experience that induces a gret deal of anxiety about judgement. On the other hand a self-moderated group tends to be easier to share, care, and support. The big advantage to support groups is that they can have a social component to them.

Television. Consider the purchase of an Android Box. I pay only for internet now - which has freed up money to eat better, and leave the house for entertainment. Adventure will come once it warms up in my location.

Acceptance of self - my self worth has drastically improved with the CBT I told you about.
