I take 150mgs of topamax twice a day. I take it for migraine prevention, though I am also on zoloft and wellbutrin. The only side effect I have is difficulty with word finding. I will be trying to say a word and I just can't think of the word. It's not too bad, but I do notice it. I hope it works for you.
