I went to the pdoc today and he said my blood test shows my Tegretol level is toxic, which is why I've been stumbling and shaking. He decreased the dosage. He also told me to start taking Vitamin D since my level is low. I'm going to be starting Geodon since I'm still having a lot of paranoia.
